New South Wales

In line with NSW State Government health regulations and guidelines, unvaccinated guests may now attend any of our venues in NSW, across all age groups.For additional information, please visit the New South Wales COVID information page here.

Refunds for Covid-19 affected bookings

Refunds on bookings are available if:

  • A guest with a booking has covid
  • A guest with a booking is a close contact and needs to isolate
  • The venue temporarily closes due to Covid-19
